Build the part your tools are missing.
Some workflows do not fit an off-the-shelf product. We work with you to define the problem, test the difficult part and build the application or AI workflow around the way your business operates.
Scoped to your problem. Built to be used.
When off-the-shelf tools stop short, Augova designs and builds the AI application your workflow actually needs. We start from the decision it supports, prove the hardest part early and agree up front how it will run after launch.
Start with the decision, not the model.
What should the system help someone do, what data is available and what would a costly mistake look like? The answers decide whether you need a custom application, a document workflow or a simpler integration.
A real application, not a demo.
The interface, access rules, data preparation, validation and deployment are scoped together, so the result holds up in daily use and not just in a presentation.
The hardest part, proven first.
Every custom build rests on one assumption that matters more than the rest: that a useful answer can be found, a task can be completed or an output can be reviewed with confidence. We test that assumption early with a bounded prototype, using examples and acceptance criteria agreed before the build expands. If it holds, we build out in reviewable increments. If it doesn't, you find out before committing to the full project, not after.
One approach, many problems.
Internal assistants, document tools, workflow applications and visual or spatial AI. Each starts with its own feasibility and data review.
Clear terms after delivery.
Deliverables, ownership and licences, running costs, documentation and support are agreed before the build, including whether you want a handover or ongoing management.
Example workflow
- 1
Scope
Define the user task, data rights and failure boundaries.
- 2
Prototype
Test the most uncertain requirement on a small sample.
- 3
Build
Deliver the approved workflow in reviewable increments.
- 4
Operate
Handover or support according to the signed scope.
Adapt only when adaptation helps.
Your approved material can support document retrieval, evaluation or a separately scoped model adaptation. The choice depends on evidence, rights to the material and the limits of the proposed workflow. Training a new model is not automatically the best answer.
Custom AI
Model choices
Built in steps you can review.
Large builds can hide problems until the end. We deliver the approved scope in increments, each with something your team can use or test, and check it against the acceptance criteria agreed at the start. Changes of direction are decided between increments, not discovered at handover.

When a specific business requirement cannot be met reasonably with an existing product or a simpler connection. We review that fit before recommending a build.
Internal assistants, document tools, workflow applications and visual or spatial AI are possible project categories. Each needs its own feasibility and data review; these are not claims about named client deployments.
Ownership, third-party licences and pre-existing components must be defined in the written agreement. Do not assume a website description transfers intellectual property.
A useful estimate needs a defined scope, available data and integration requirements. Contact us with the task, current process and constraints.
Only within the actions and approval rules agreed for the project. High-impact or irreversible decisions require appropriate human control.
